RMS is further extension of ARS. In RMS each process stage( with respect to vehicle) is monitored in real time which helps the customer experience with the organization.In RMS allocation of all types of workshop resources (Bay, Technician, Service Advisors, Test driver, Final Inspector etc) can be done and it can be monitored with their actual performance.
Planner view shows the plan vs actual status of resources.
This dashboard gives an instant message to users(especially management) in which process the vehicle / customer is delayed.
With the help of touch screen kiosk, technician can start ,break or finish their work. Technician productivity, efficiency and utilization can be tracked on real time.
